06. Shipping Costs for Replacement or Exchange
Company Error: If the replacement or exchange is due to a bushana.com error (damaged, defective, or incorrect product), we will cover the shipping costs for the return and the shipment of the new item.
Customer Request: If the exchange is for a different size or color of the same item (and the original item was not damaged/defective/incorrect), the customer may be responsible for the shipping costs. This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
